Ewelina Wozniak-Szpakiewicz is the Chief Executive Officer at DMDmodular Ltd based in Poland, a company which offers high quality volumetric modular solutions with focus on the housing and hospitality industries. Ms Woźniak-Szpakiewicz is honored to be one of the inaugural members of the European Council of Modular Building Institute (MBI). As a PhD in Technical Sciences, she has taught as part of the Faculty of Architecture at Cracow University of Technology (Poland) while also collaborating at numerous universities in England, Italy, Germany and China. Her main focus is attaining sustainability and efficiency both in the ecological and financial aspects of the built environment. In 2019, Ewelina Woźniak-Szpakiewicz received an award - the “Person of the year 2019” in the category “Technology Company” by 4 Buildings Awards.
